Loyalty Card

You will have the various opportunities to enjoy  the privileged services by earning points, during your stay at Venezia Palace Deluxe Resort Hotel.

How will you earn points?
You will earn 100 points per stay from 1st April to 31st October for a stay of at least 4 nights. If you make your reservation via our website ( www.veneziapalace.com)  you will be able to earn 300 bonus points in addition to the points you will receive for the first reservation.

When your score exceeds 2000 points in at least two accomodation you will be reached GOLD GUEST category,
When your score exceeds 3000 points you will reach PLATINUM GUEST category and
If your score exceeds 5000 points, you will be reached to DIAMOND GUEST category.

Your points will be valid:
In our loyalty program; Scores you have collected in the last five years are being assessed.
If you have raised any category, you will still be able to benefit from the privileges of your category for 2 years, even if it falls below the limits you have collected in 5 years

GOLD GUEST
 

It is enough to collect 2.000 points in at least 2 accomodation, within last five years.
Our guests with Gold Guest status benefit from the following advantages.
  • 5% discount on extra costs,
  • Priority and a 10% discount on a la carte restaurant reservations,
  • Reservation Priority and 15% discount on the use of Pavillon,
  • 10% discount on Vip concept,
  • 15% off for use in a selected spa treatment,
  • 5% discount for bookings to be made from hotel website (Not applicable in early booking period)
  • Early Check-In (depending on availability)
  • Free late check-out until 2 p.m. (depending on availability)
PLATINUM GUEST
 
It is enough to collect 3.000 points in at least 2 accomodation, within last five years.
Our guests with Platinum Guest status, benefit from the following advantages.
  • 10% discount on extra costs,
  • 1 free booking in paid a la carte restaurants,
  • Priority on next a la carte restaurant reservations and 15% discount,
  • Reservation Priority and 20% discount on the use of Beach Pavillon,
  • 15% discount on Vip concept,
  • 20% discount for use in a selected spa treatment,
  • Early Check-In (depending on availability),
  • Free late check-out until 4 p.m. (depending on availability),
  • 50% discount on airport transfers (Hotel should be informed 7 days prior to check-in date)
  • 10% discount for bookings made from hotel website (Not applicable in early booking period)
  • To choose the desired room in the type of the room which the reservation is made, (according to availability)

DIAMOND GUEST
 
It is enough to collect 5.000 points in at least 2 accomodation, within last five years.
Our guests with Platinum Guest status, benefit from the following advantages.
  • 20% discount on extra costs,
  • 2 free bookings in paid a la carte restaurants,
  • Priority on next a la carte restaurant reservations and 20% discount,
  • Free Beach Pavillon use, once
  • Reservation Priority and 25% discount on the use of Beach Pavillon,
  • 20% discount on Vip concept,
  • 25% discount for use in a selected spa treatment,
  • Early Check-In (depending on availability)
  • Free late check-out until 6 p.m. (depending on availability)

INFORMATION ABOUT THE LOYALTY PROGRAM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are provided according to the hotel's availability,
  • Airport transfers must be notified 7 days in advance.
  • Hotel must be informed 7 days prior to the check-in date, in order to be able to choose the room you want for the room type you are booking,
  • Valid discounts will be applied during the check-in process fort he reservations made from the hotel website. Discounts do not apply in early booking period.
  • Cards are arranged by name.
  • The validity period of the cards is 2 years from the date of issuance. For example, a person who owns a Platinum Card in 2017 may benefit from the advantages provided by the card type, even if it falls below 3,000 points in the last 5 years, until 31.10.2018
  • Advantages written above are available for the guests staying in the same room with the card holder.
  • These advantages can not be transferred.

The benefits of the Loyalty program are only available for our guests who book their accommodation on our website at www.veneziapalace.com or by purchasing their accommodation from our contracted agents. The program does not cover our guests staying with the meeting groups.

The hotel management reserves the right to change the program.
